OMEGA PSI PHI - THETA DELTA DELTA SCHOLARSHIP must meet the following criteria:

1. Be full-time students at Mississippi State University.

2. Preference will be given to undergraduate black males with a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale). 

3. Submit an essay on the importance of higher education.
